It has given good service until about a week ago and it is not working now. Does it operate on a battery? Please advise what I should do. Aileen Carter

Takes to long to answer your call.

My father-in-law used his button quite a few times, all necessary. We thank you for being there for him. He is now moving into an assisted living facility.

The only complaint I have is when I take it off to leave the house, it quite often sends a help message. Also could you please send me an itemized statement for the years 2022 and 2023 so I can submit them to my insurance company. Thank you for your quick response and kind help. Florence Shipman
