Very reliable!

Thankfully I have not had to use it but every time I have tested it it has worked. Unfortunately I won’t be using it in the future as I am moving to assisted-living and they have their own devices. I have felt very comfortable and secure knowing that I had lifeline to connect me to help. Thank you I shall be returning My equipment shortly. Barbara Hart

Each time I’ve pressed my button I got to talk to someone right away. Very helpful when I’ve needed it.
