I called to make some changes on my profile and the young man I spoke to was very helpful. He took all of the information and also suggested another possible change. I am very pleased with the agents that I have spoken to for the many years that I have been a customer for Lifeline. I recommend it to my friends because it is so helpful when you need that service.
