I feel very secure with my Lifeline. Sometimes I will forget to charge it, so I appreciate the red warning light and spoken message that reminds me to charge it.
Occasionally the help button will go off accidently, if it swings down suddenly, so I appreciate that I can now cancel the help call by pressing and holding the button down for two seconds.
I was impressed when I was on holiday and the button went off, and they knew the exact address of my location. Fortunately it was an accidental alarm.
