So far have not used your services. But love the feeling it is there if and when I need it.

You always answered the phone right away, even though it always a false alarm. Thank you for always being there. Statistically speaking, we anticipate our mother having to seriously use this device at some point. We are confident that you will be there and able to help our mother receive the care she needs.

When my mom's Lifeline device indicated she had fallen, the EMTs were there in a matter of minutes. We are happy we can count on the Lifeline system.

Although I have not had emergencies in quite a while, I do recall excellent response times.

Whenever Lifeline has been alerted of a possible fall, they have always been so concerned about my wellbeing and make sure that I am okay before hanging up
