I was concerned about one of my shipments as it was a Christmas gift and had questions if I placed my order in time. Your call center was honest and while not guaranteeing the timing, they let me know what number in line my order was and disclosed how hard everyone was working. (My order did arrive in time!) Everything was packed well and the website is clear & easy to use.

One more… I use these for sport, outing, travels and everyday. Prefer glass than inbox… it breaks sometimes but I hope one can keep buying the glass accessories.
