This bottle is really great, it keeps my daughters drinks cold for a long time and we have not had it spill one time. Not even a small leak! The grippers make it easier for her to handle the cup on her own too, which is saying something because she has toddler hands they’re so tiny. We love these products! I got the matching 22oz Water Bottle in Glass for me and I love it I use it every day

Shipping and service were fine. Do wish I had ordered a smaller one though. It’s too big and heavy for me and doesn’t fit under the spigot of our water dispenser.
