Better than another brand’s capsules, but for some reason, not as good as the original sachets. I’d be reluctant to purchase this product again. The improvement in my skin was nearly as good, but not so nails. The sachets worked better.

I hate the size of the vitamins. I thought they were capsule size :(

The serving sizes are really small compared to the containers - it feels wasteful to have such a big container and to only have 18 servings.

I’m a month in taking 6 different supplements… but as yet I have not noticed anything different, I havent seen the effects of each Individual supplements, if anything I have been more bloated than normal so I don’t understand that with taking the detox/debloat tablets….. I am Definitely staying hopeful in regards to not having any instant results.

Not sure if I know yet how effective the pills are, but man they're huge and really difficult to swallow
