Easy to use ordering system, fast and efficient packaging and delivery. Would like the option of being able to have delivery left at residence rather than having to go to a Post Office to collect if not at home when package is initially delivered.

I have been buying from Life Botanics for quite some time now. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering is simple and straight forward. The customer service is just brilliant. They reply to emails promptly and are always there to help. Delivery of products is quick and most of all I love their products. I use so many of them and so does my 16 year old.

I was so impressed with how quick the shipping was. I got notification that my products had been shipped very soon after I'd completed my purchase and they arrived at my door the next day. Amazing!

Prompt response to my online query. Delivery was quick. Just after my order was placed, there was a $40 special at Coles, so it can be worth shopping in-store and cheaper.
