Still have not received my

Still have not received my product when the shipping label was created January 9th and today is January 30th. When I track states still waiting on product, Customer service rep finally let me know the product never made it to distribution once the shipping label was created so created another order and still no new information on when I will receive my product.

Ordered this with the wrong

Ordered this with the wrong shipping address by accident. Emailed the company twice to either cancel the order or change the shipping address. Didn’t receive a response for either request. Not even a response.

I requested a return and

I requested a return and received an email that said to keep it and I’d get a reimbursement. This was in March. It’s now may and no credit was received.
