Ok. Couldn’t send the gc directly….I needed to forward…not a great way to receive a gift card

Time to receive order and correspondence not great.

Unfortunately, it took weeks and weeks to receive my order, and I had to do a lot of emailing and FB Messaging to find it.

Unfortunately didn’t love the mat and it did not lay flat. I reached out to see if it would be possible to get my initial shipping cost refunded due to the defect, but have not heard back yet

arrived with only 1 clock , ordered 3 .. had to wait for the others to arrive but in the meantime, you offered free shipping … but would not adjust mine …
