Exceptional Support and a Great Upgrade!
I originally ordered a Leesa Original mattress on February 22nd, but unfortunately, it ran into some shipping hurdles. After the FedEx tracking remained stuck in the "Label Created" stage for several days, I reached out to the Leesa support team.
Their customer service, specifically Sedona, was incredibly helpful and responsive. They quickly investigated the situation with FedEx and confirmed the package was lost. To make things right, they immediately processed a replacement order free of charge.
Even better, they upgraded me to the Leesa Original Hybrid as part of the re-order process. While the initial shipping delay was a bit of a hassle, the way Leesa handled the situation—by proactively resolving the issue and providing an upgrade—really impressed me. Their "Comfort Crew" definitely lives up to the name!
