Prompt response from an email I sent to customer service with an easy solution....then my one day shipping REALLY was one day!! When my bracelets arrived they were so much prettier than anticipated!!! I have freakishly dainty wrists and the clasp had a link small enough....FIRST time ever!!! I will definitely order from here again in the future
