Great response times and easy APP to follow. First time user so it does take a bit of time getting up to speed with all the info and navigating. Support is great if u get stuck.

Service was great and I was informed promptly after placing my order that one of the products was unavailable but would be sent at the end of the month when arrived.

Support was great though.

I also requested the workout to be emailed in printable form and it did not work.

Customer survive was rude when replying.
