Lauren and her team have done exceptionally well with structuring this challenge. The meals are amazing and never feel like your dieting or missing out on anything. The app is so easy to navigate and love the how to videos and the tips section. I love the FB girls group, the women are so lovely, motivating and generally want to see you achieve your goals. The supplements are all delicious and great quality, they took almost 2 weeks to arrive, so was a little longer than hoping but thats okay, they make up for it by being totally yum! The actual challenge is challenging but fun and motivating and I can't wait to see my progress throughout the next 8 weeks and beyond! Cannot say thank you enough to Lauren and the team!
