Going great so far! The app makes the plan really easy to follow. I wish there were a bit more protein powder free recipes, or easy information for substitutions, but overall I am seeing progress already in week 3!

I’m not loving the new
I’m not loving the new Facebook group. I prefer the individual challenge groups to share info and progress pics. The big general group is okay to belong to a fitness community. Challenges should have stayed separate. I don’t see myself joining any further challenges.
