I purchased what I thought was a challah bread loaf only to receive two small size breads that are no bigger than a standard roll. The pictures even make them.appear bigger than they are in person

My food was very dry and stale

The challah we received were extremely small and so dry and crumbly we took one bite and threw them away. $40 wasted.

We ordered kosher cakes for a colleague's birthday. They did not arrive in the 3-hour window we were promised. After numerous attempts to contact them, they finally responded. The delivery had not been picked up and I was asked if I wished to cancel the order. I said "deliver it." Later that afternoon, long after the party was over, they arrived. The cakes were delicious but given their service, and their nonchalance over the order, we will never order from here again. Customer service matters.

I ordered an Almond Cake to be delivered at their UPS service (at a ridiculously high price) on Tuesday morning. I was offered a window of 10:00am-noon. I then got a message from UPS that it would be delivered by 3:15 followed by a notice it would arrive, I believe at around 5. I live in Manhattan and do not have a doorman and I finally had to leave for temple. It was finally delivered around 6:30 and someone in my building was nice enough to bring it inside but by then, there was nothing I could do. By the time I got home after temple and dinner (I went out and bought another git), it had melted and was inedible. I have always love this bakery and am deeply sorry of the circumstances that caused them to close and inability to drop off at Farmer’s Markets…..but if there is no follow up and communication I will no longer be able to order. That cost me a lot of money. Great baked goods. Very poor execution. Not a good way to start the New Year.
