The gluten free (GF) Babka was a gift for my son-in-law and his father who both suffer greatly from celiac. My daughter has had Babka made with wheat flour and the GF Babka both. All of them loved the Las Delicias GF Babka.

Good GF bread is very difficult to find. This Challah is about thehe best we've ever had.

I moved to the inland Northwest back in 1979, and discovered that many of the treats I learned to love back in New Jersey were unknown here. Literally. None of my friends or co-workers had ever heard of Rugelach or Babka. They had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. Then Celiac Disease was finally diagnosed back in 1994, and good baked goods became rare indeed. Discovering Las Delicias Patisserie has been such a treat! I love the Babka and Rugelach, and I get a little nostalgic blast from the past with each bite. I don't share these with just anybody. You have to be a pretty special friend to get a sample of these treasures.
