Only half the order arrived!

The shipping took 3 weeks because the package was misslabeled (wrong adress!) I received the wrong product and wrote to the company to inform them, have had no answer yet, I'm very disappointed!

I haven't received anything and your customer service is making fun of me. Poorest experience ever
