Shipped promptly. I'd be happier if you had a few more hand and body products (with fewer flavoured lip products). Being 52, I'm generally after fairly simple things. I hope you don't decide to discontinue any more face/ body products. I loved the foot cream, the face mask, and the lemon hand cream.

This hand cream has a really unique feeling on the hands that takes time to get used to, but I was really enjoying it. However, now I've noticed that my hands get very dry so often even though I live somewhere very, very humid. I'm starting to wonder if this is causing that.

Didn’t receive full order nor a response when questioned where my item was.

Australia Post lost my parcel

terrible service. Order still hasn’t arrived. Missed christmas still not here. Correspondence not helpful- blamed Australia post but they said was coming with a different courier. Parcels from everywhere else got here on time but this one has taken weeks with no updates to tracking for the first two weeks. So disappointed. both were xmas gifts, one is christmas themed so a total waste.
