Better In-person than ordering online
Perhaps it was a flaw in the order capture system that didn’t then transmit the order to the store owner and/or fulfillment location, but it did collect my payment, quickly, so that’s working. The product was received, though I was under the impression, according to the website, that I would simply walk in, 2 days later and pickup the order and be on my way, instead of having to prove my purchase that didn’t appear in their system, and then wait for the one worker to care for multiple customers while making my box, fresh. A better connection between order software and fulfillment is all that is needed because the end product is spectacular.
