Overall I am very satisfied, but there is an issue with the website. After I completed the online form with separate shipping and billing addresses (I did not check box that said both are the same) and went to complete the order. The process then went to another site “Shop” I think. That step then somehow switched shipping address to billing address which I didn’t realize until I got the confirmation email. Fortunately I was able to fix this by email. A phone number for LGB would have been a better option.

The product arrived 5 days past the estimated delivery date, so I was concerned about what condition it would arrive in; however, the recipient reported that everything was in excellent shape when it arrived.

Perhaps it was a flaw in the order capture system that didn’t then transmit the order to the store owner and/or fulfillment location, but it did collect my payment, quickly, so that’s working. The product was received, though I was under the impression, according to the website, that I would simply walk in, 2 days later and pickup the order and be on my way, instead of having to prove my purchase that didn’t appear in their system, and then wait for the one worker to care for multiple customers while making my box, fresh. A better connection between order software and fulfillment is all that is needed because the end product is spectacular.
