Not happy with website. I have written a review in your e-mail requesting the review. Then I am directed to another site to rewrite the paragraph. Unhappy.

Shipping was an absolute mess which took quite awhile to get partially straightened out. Unfortunately I am not anxious to order again even though I and my family are big licorice lovers.

Shipping has not started for 3 weeks

I contacted customer service email and have gotten no reply

Slow customer care, still missing the product a month later.
