Great with shipping

Really tasty licorice. Compared to See's licorice, another I like, this one made me feel a slight dryness in the mouth that I did not like as much as the moist See's. I only tried the "sweet" one as I was a bit scared to try the salty flavors, and the chocolate covered options did not attract me.

The good news: I received my order of Limited Summer Edition Lakrids and the Sour Strawberry was absolutely delectable. Crispy Caramel was also ordered as my stash from recent order disappeared in one night at a party. The bad news: I paid for the additional shipping for ice bags (plural) as I live in Arizona. When the shipment arrived There was only 1 small ice bag and it was placed over the container of Sour Strawberry and the Caramel. Those were ok but the container of Laemon that did not have an ice bag over it was totally melted. The Good News: Bulow was right on top of it and replaced the melted item immediately. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Great surprise for the person I sent these to, and she loved them. She asked me, "Where do you always find such unique and fun gifts?" The only negative I have is the recipient's mailing address was also listed as the billing address. I contacted the company about this, and they said they would fix it and send a new invoice. The new invoice still shows her address for the billing.

I love this liquorice and was introduced to it by Danish friends. At Christmas we sent them Lakrids from the Danish site but it was quite confusing for everyone. I had to use shipping and billing as same address but of course it was not the same. I wish it was easier for an American to use the Danish site for Denmark friends.
