I have ordered from TLC many times and have never had an issue with any item I have ordered. It arrives quickly. I guess the only thing is that the delivery box could be sealed a bit better-I haven't lost an item in shipping but a few times the tape has been iffy.

I love my footstool. I have wanted one for a long time and when it went on sale, I jumped at the chance to order it. Love it and love that shipping is fast and on time. Great purchase.
