I placed the order over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. It was only shipped after I called twice and the found it in the warehouse unshipped, even though it had a tracking number. I requested then that it be shipped as fast as possible. That was over a week ago. Completely unacceptable.

Purchased items on 11/22/24, shipping company they use (SEFL) is horrible, paid extra for shipping in 3 days to be delivered ($503. 35) received on 12/02/24.

I wanted a 5-gal plastic jug for storing naphtha. After communications with Customer Service I found they did not sell empty plastic naphtha containers so I purchased a 5-gal container of naphtha but received it in a metal can. After communicating my disappointment I was told that the fine print under the photo (same photo I received in my receipt) says “*The photo images are used for illustrative purposes only. The labels, container shapes and colors may vary.” It does not say the container materials may vary. Customer service was nice but did not offer a solution - only that I could buy a container from a different supplier. That supplier does not confirm the type of chemical the containers are meant to hold and I don’t have the expertise to decide that on my own. Hence the reason I chose to buy from a chemical distributor. But I didn’t get what I wanted. I am extremely disappointed in my experience.

I haven’t received my order even tho a UPS tag has been created. They haven’t received the package.
