Although there was a little mishap with not having product in stock. Once I was in communication with the customer service team in regards to the issue, they were very responsive and accurate with timeframes in which it would be completed and shipped. Overall very happy with the koozies, especially since they were one of the select few companies that had both colors we needed! Can’t wait to have them on display on our wedding day!

The koozies came out perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better and the customer service is excellent. Would order again!

Me being a procrastinator waited a bit too long to order coozies for our daughter’s wedding. I was glad to pay the rush charges but was worried we wouldn’t get them in time.
