Shipping/tracking needs improved

Lack of communication from purchase to delivery.

Order came through correct and quick but I did not receive the first time order discount. Had to call in to customer service to get receipt emailed.

Did not receive E-mail confirmation of purchase. Receipt should have included sales tax and total to be suitable to submit to employer.

Good quality, but not really comfortable unfortunately
