I was very pleased at the ease of the whole process. Tagging my reels was easy. Sending my box to Kodak was very simple. I was able to track my order during the whole process. Downloading my films to my Dropbox account was easy. My original reels were returned in their original format for easy refilling. My archivist soul was very happy!
