Fast service and good quality

Very happy with the process but if you have slow internet, be sure to initially order the data stick/pen drive version. The last minute option was filled with expensive unnecessary fees. Otherwise I packed my box with many mixed video formats including old Super reels, and all were converted to digital. The only disappointment was quality. By now I would have expected they would be able to significantly optimize image quality, but that service was not includeddespite advertizibg claims to the contrary. Still well worth it.

You digitized an 8mm tape from 1960. I only knew what was on it because I was in possession of it, which meant it had baby me on it. I was thrilled to see that it was my 1st Birthday party. I got to see relatives long gone, as they were when life was happier. Thank you!

Smooth transaction and well thought through process. Love that there were extra stickers to add more tapes I uncovered after my order AND was charged the discounted rate I received during my original purchase. Highly recommended and will use again as I inevitably end up unearthing or inheriting additional media
