Everything was slick. I liked the box that gets sent to you. The manual is clear. I got my videos digitized, and I'm glad the original tapes were sent back to me. I will do this again with my other tapes

Tapes were so old the audio was muffled, and tapes recorded at slower speeds were not possible to listen to.
