Nice to finally get this done Simple process great quality

I have been very happy with the digitizing service I've received from Kodak. I have sent in memories twice now and hope to send more. The first ones included some very old reel to reel films that resulted in better than expected outcomes given their age and the amateur movie camera operator taking them.

After receiving an email telling me it may take 10 weeks to complete my order. . . they completed it within the next 48 hours. The film we sent in had many sprocket issues and they were able to digitize it beautifully without any more jumping around that our previous transfer from Costco decades ago . We are completely blown away by the amazing job the kodak digitizing team did for us. Am amazing price for such a priceless product!! A million thank yous! Our Thanksgiving was able to be complete with our recently deceased father's baby movies. It was beautiful.

I was not sure exactly what to expect, but the process went smooth and the little booklet that came with the box was helpful. It is all very organized (as it needs to be) and I received my converted media very quickly (a lot sooner than estimated). The conversion of the film reels was outstanding, the VHS conversion was mostly good, I think I had some really old media that was falling apart, so 1-2 of the VHS tapes did not convert great, not the Kodak process fault. Overall, I am planning on collecting some additional media (slides) and getting another box converted. It was really a good experience. The download was the way to go. I received a USB (a really nice one actually) but the download is really all I needed and that was very well handled as well. My only complaint about any of this, is the amount of email advertising I get from Kodak and Legacy Box now. It's at least an email every other day with a "great deal" (which is the same deal). That's a bit much. Send me the REAL deals otherwise save the automated emails. Overall thanks for a great service.
