I received a bad download link at first. Then had trouble reaching customer service as the Contact Us link is disabled on website. Once I finally got the info to report the issue, they made it right with no further hassle. The memories are precious and to see and hear voices of loved ones who are no longer on earth is priceless. I ordered a second box and had no problems at all. I just requested my third box! Now that I have all the correct contact info I know it will be a great experience. And they are FAST! I wanted to give as Christmas presents and was prepared to wait 10-12 weeks. The turnaround time was half that, including requesting the box. Everything is packaged safely and all my original home movies were returned to me. Although at times it was frustrating, it ended up great! Thanks to all involved there at Kodak Digitizing!

A good system here to transfer tapes. It is a bit expensive. And a number of tapes didn’t transfer well. But that may be because I waited to long to transfer to stable media. I recommend this service strongly. Family loved the results!!!
