Everything went as expected. It was good being able to determine the type of shipping used (no PO Boxes). Also, detailed info on expiration of shipping labels, etc.

Box, Labels, Return was easy to use. The website was very informative. The booklet enclosed with box was very easy to use and follow the directions.
