Hello I’m writing to raise my concerns and dissatisfaction around being charged for products when I’ve cancelled my subscription several months ago. The below order numbers are for product I did not order or want. The first order was delivered to an address I’m no longer living at and the second order is destined to go there also. I’m requesting confirmation my subscription is cancelled and I will receive a full refund for both. This is the second time I’m writing this email with no response.
