I cannot say enough about how this company goes the extra mile with their customer service. My order had an incorrect address added to the shipping (my fault) and this was going to my granddaughter as a Christmas present. It was corrected and got to her on time!!! She loved it and the quality is exceptional. Both of us are very happy with this experience! Customer service is very important to me and KMM's is definitely a 5 star!
