Great bed

Customer service is actually excellent, we have contacted kipli on few occasion to review the status of our order and for returns and the service was excellent, we got a reply in a timely and professional manner. We were not mad about the duvet we bought we paid 250€ but felt the price was not reflective of the product. As of mattress and pillows these are excellent. We are planning on returning, the duvet and unfortunately there is a 25€ shipping cost associated to it which is a little annoying but overall its bot too had considering that we got free delivery of all the items.

Ah, the elusive pillow—rumored to exist, yet as distant as my patience after waiting this long. If only I had it, I could tell you how it feels. Instead, I can only review the journey of waiting, which has been exceptionally long. Even my bargain bin Shein orders have managed to reach me faster, and they travel the world twice before arriving. For this reason (and this reason alone), three stars. Because hope, unlike this delivery, still lingers.
