I noticed my order was not shipped yet and when I inquired the customer service rep responded quickly and gave me a solution. The packaging was in great condition. The only thing to consider, if it is cold be there to accept your order or have ink everywhere in your packaging. I had two the one order it was negative weather and I wasnt there, the ink leaked out the top. The other order I was there. Overall i am very happy with Kingpin tattoo supplies.

Kingpin is KING! Customer service is top notch and personable, shipping is quick and even amidst backstock issues they were able to pull from a separate warehouse and get me all of my order same day. I can’t imagine wanting anything more!

I ordered my first ink from Kingpin my package was damaged during shipping but as soon as I let them know they had sent me a replacement that got here within a day. I’m super happy about my experience and purchase I would definitely recommend them for all tattoo supplies and equipment.

Kingpin is always, and has always been, fair in price, quick to reply and shipping is very fast. I have never used another supply company that is as good as kingpin!
