Very poor customer service. I requested a refund because the product is not fit for purpose. However, Cody (manager) refused to acknowledge the issues and denied a full refund, offering only 60% for a product that I haven't used.

The delivery company you use failed to drop my parcel off for 2 weeks then drop it at my mail box on a public road on a Saturday afternoon when I am not home and unable to pick it up. They have my an hours notice before hand. Probably will be stolen before I can pick it up

I received 2 emails telling me my orders were ready to pick up, only turning up to get them only to find out they didn’t have them! No doubt they gave them to someone else, but when i offered them advice on how to improve their logistics, all they could do was make excuses why my ideas wouldn’t work. Very disappointing to drive 2 hours to pick my order up only to find out half of it was given to someone else.
