Just to let shoppers know that they may get a second hand dumbbells instead of brand new one which is not a big deal for weights and dumbbells in general. King Kong fitness was informed about this but no answer received yet.

KKF should choose their couriers more wisely. Using Hunter Express should be avoided at all costs. Just check their online reviews and how poor it is. Two weeks with the package sitting in a depot in Sydney is the signs of their incompetence.

I purchased a POWER RACK/SQUATS CAGE from King Kong and was disappointed that the Lat system was not included. The description states that the "Lat attachment" is optional however I interpreted this that the bar was not included , not the full Lat system. The image on the webpage is very misleading, and I had to spend an additional $200 to get the full Lat system. On collection, King Kong Management acknowledged the issue and said that they have had this same feedback from other customers. Disappointed to have to provide this review as the product itself is good, the misleading nature of the sell process is not however

Very poor customer service. I requested a refund because the product is not fit for purpose. However, Cody (manager) refused to acknowledge the issues and denied a full refund, offering only 60% for a product that I haven't used.
