Excellent customer service and fast delivery. The medium is perfect for a narrow foot. They run a little small so add 1/2 size to normal shoe size. So comfortable.

The only problem I encountered was with the delivery of the boots as they were sent to the incorrect connecting point. I received them five days after the proposed delivery date. However I did know where the boots were. They had a good journey! No real problem. Thank you!
