Bad shipping/packaging!

The shampoo is like water I was very disappointed. Shampoo I have used from this company before was never like that.

20 volume developer has not been in stock for months. This is very poor business practice.

Eh…. Feel like I wasted my money. Very disappointed. Will just wait for my salon treatment
