Everyone was extremely helpful. I had my back up against the wall to get an engagement ring in time for a trip. Ken and Dana Design was responsive, and worked quickly to make sure I received my custom ring in time. It looks beautiful and I cant recommend them enough.

I purchased an engagement ring with a pretty tight timeline and they were willing and able to accommodate me every step along the way. The product it self is very nice and high quality. My now fiancé is very happy with the final product. A unique design that I couldn't find locally. Would recommend to a friend/ purchase future products.

I worked with Nati through out the process. I bought the ring with a tight deadline. They helped push my timeline up and got me the ring 3 days before I needed it. They are amazing and the ring and packaging are spectacular.

My experience was great. Everything was easy online, but it really made a difference being able to speak to someone in the phone. Being about to walk through things and feel reassured made all the difference. My Now Fiancé was super excited and loved the ring!
