I had requested a custom designed ring based off of the harmony band and pear shape, without the side gems, and featuring a hidden halo. I could not be more happy of how it turned out for my partner. The natural diamond I selected is also so sparkly and a beautiful hue. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen!

The staff was so helpful. Communication via email was spot on and provided all the necessary information I needed to have a calm and expedited experience. I had a deadline I wanted to get the ring by and they were able to meet it with plenty of updates along the way. The ring itself is above and beyond what we expected. Great craftsmanship, great build quality, excellent diamond selection. Not once during this experience did I feel that I was not receiving the quality and care I deserved. The staff in-store were helpful in selection and sizing. They also offered plenty of tips and insight into the diamond/sizing selection process which was much welcomed. I drew my ideal ring and shared it with a couple local jewelers only to find that it would be too difficult for them to create. Then after recommendation from a friend, I looked and Ken & Dana and found almost the exact ring I had been drawing! With a change of stone and metal color, it was a perfect match.
