Ken & Dana helped make the decision of a lifetime such a seamless and frictionless experience. Naturally this could be a nerve wrecking but the team did an amazing job education me about the process and product allowing me to make the most informed decision. From beginning to end they held my hand and ensured I was comfortable and all my questions were answered, and needless to say the quality of the product is second to none. I couldn’t be more grateful, they made me feel like family and I could feel throughout how much they genuinely love love and what they do. My fiancés reaction to the ring was priceless and I continue to catch her drifting off into a day dream while looking at her ring. It’s a shame that I won’t be in the market for an engagement ring ever again, but I will definitely be back to celebrate each and every milestone through my Fiance and I’s journey. Special shout out to Natali and Emi for everything they’ve done, I couldn’t imagine doing any of this without them.
