Ken and Dana designs was so easy to work with. They helped me design the perfect ring for my fiancé and at a price no one could match. Everyone asks about the ring when they see it! I couldn’t have done it without them.

Ken and Dana had m been incredible from the start. I knew they were who I would be purchasing my fiancée’s ring from as soon as she laid eyes on their Jinny marquise. I reached out to them initially to get a good understanding of the timeline on production after purchase and they were exceptional with delivering the information and all of the assistance they provided me. They helped me make sure everything was perfect! After reading the FAQs on ring sizing, I reached out to Ken and Dana for further guidance, and Kiki promptly recommended a fit snug at the base of the finger, taking one to two full twists to remove to help ensure the ring stays upright! My partner wore a size 8, but after talking with Kiki we learned she was a true 6. 5! With their shop being in NYC and us in Maryland, going in for sizing would have been difficult and would’ve removed the element of surprise the proposal needed. All it took was Kiki getting a good look at my partner’s hand and stature (from a secret photo I snapped and sent her via e-mail!) in order to help with sizing — and she was spot on! Ken and Dana helped keep everything a surprise while still providing incredible assistance. I couldn’t thank the team at Ken and Dana enough. Emeli, Breanna, and Kiki were incredible from purchase to delivery. When it comes time to pick out my ring and our wedding bands, we know who we will be going to! Thank you for everything!!!
