I truly felt supported and confident in my choice because of her expertise and patience. When I accidentally ordered the ring in the wrong color, the team was so kind and easy to work with in getting the original ring returned and the correct one ordered. Lauren was amazing throughout that process as well — communicative, understanding, and quick to make sure everything was handled smoothly. What could have been a stressful mistake turned into a seamless and positive experience.
