I had ordered the shoes just before I went on holiday and realised they might not arrive in time. I rang Keen’s customer support to ask if I could change delivery option to next day, but it wasn’t possible. They very kindly fast tracked my order and I received them two days later and was able to wear them on holiday. Fantastic customer service and fantastic shoes.
