The product is great but the service delivery is not the best. for my last order, I took 3 weeks or so to receive it. it was finally delivered after I left Kenya, as such, someone else had to receive it on my behalf. Upon following up with USN Kenya on WhatsApp, the person on the other line kept trying to throw the blame to me, rather than just apologise for the delay

Terrible customer service. Sends the wrong item and they do everything in their power to frustrated you to not get the item you actually ordered

fuck you USN my supp leaked on the way because of your faulty packaging. . . do you mean you dont have even a cellotape or we dont matter?
