The shipping experience was quite disappointing. My package basically went on a world tour, even routing through China. . . Overall, it’s not worth ordering directly from Kayali in my opinion. I’ve had a much better and smoother experience ordering through Huda Beauty.

Beautiful scent but last 10 seconds. Very disappointing and it was final sale according to customer service so i lost $200 for nothing. If it was sold at sephora id at least be able to exchange but im stuck and have no use for something that does nothing. Shopping was great 👍🏾

Smell fades quick whether on skin or clothes. . . very disappointed. . . will not buy this brand again

This item was a gift and I had to return it. Almost two weeks later your team is still saying they haven’t received the item back and I don’t have my refund. I’m a very dissatisfied customer!!!
