my order never arrived, despite USPS wrongly stating it did. Karma Naturals did not respond when i had reached out with the claim and requested a credit. overall a disappointing experience after years of supporting the brand

I’m so unhappy with my order

They sent the wrong item, but I'm sure they will rectify it

Horrible shopping experience. Will never purchase from you.
