Horrible Experience with This Brand My experience with this brand was extremely disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a simple process turned into a frustrating and stressful experience due to the complete lack of follow-up and support I received. Jose did the bare minimum to help and never proactively reached out with updates or solutions. I constantly had to chase after answers, and even then, I was left feeling unheard and unimportant as a customer. I chose this brand expecting professionalism and quality customer care, but unfortunately, neither was reflected in my experience. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability was unacceptable. This was a horrible experience overall, and based on how my concerns were handled, I would not recommend this brand to others.

Delivery company was not favorable. I lost over $200 because they did not notify me of delivery so package was stolen and I was minimally compensated. 20%

I bought this for my

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. We had to return the first set because it was entirely too small. So when we received the second set she was very happy with it (Even though then it was too large ) for 2 months until the zipper charm fell off and then a couple days later the zipper stopped working all together. For the price of this clothing, I shouldn't have to replace a zipper ever much less 2 months later. The sizing on this clothing is incredibly inaccurate as well.
