My shipment arrived very quickly. I had a duplicate of one scent and missing another in my scent discovery box. I was also missing the code for my bottle. I contacted customer service and they resolved the problem very quickly and efficiently.

Great service. Although it did take awhile for it to arrive in the US it came in time for her birthday. As this fragrance is hard to find in the US she was totally surprised!
