Dear John Henric Team, This is my fourth order with you, and unfortunately I’m quite disappointed this time. I purchased dark blue chinos and a blue braided belt. The shade of the trousers is different from the dark blue I bought from you last year, and more importantly, neither of the belts I purchased (last year and this year) matches the trousers. The color difference is significant enough that they simply don’t work together, even trying to be flexible (please see attached photos). Given that you sell coordinated items, I find this inconsistency surprising. Could you please propose a solution? Kind regards

Iemand op mijn werk vroeg of er slijtage aan mijn linnen polo was ontstaan, niet wetende dat ik deze voor de 1e keer droeg. Linnen is over het algemeen wat soepeler en dunner materiaal, maar dit is echt te dun. Ik zal er niet snel nog eentje bestellen.

Shirt kan ik nog niet beoordelen omdat ondanks extra betalen voor express bestelling, levering voor mijn vakantie te laat was en shirt dus nu thuis op de deurmat ligt en niet in mijn koffer zit. Zonde, en onbegrijpelijk bij extra betalen van 14 euro voor levering binnen 3-5 werkdagen

color does not match

Met aan- en uittrekken verschenen er gaten bij de boord van mijn t-shirt. Geen goede kwaliteit dus, zachtgezegd. De polo en het hem waren heel mooi en van goede kwaliteit. Maar pas dus op, er zit rotzooi tussen!
